Most shipments are sent through USPS to continental U.S. only at this time. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order. Orders will ship from our Texas locations depending on your location and stock availability.
Packages usually reach their destination in 2-4 business days but can occasionally take longer. Orders placed after 4pm Central Time may require +1 day to process. For example, orders placed after 4pm on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday. Holidays may delay delivery.
Once your shipping label is printed you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to be available.

If the product package is unopened and in like new condition with all original product packaging intact, simply return it to us within 40 days of your order date. We will process your return with a credit to your original form of payment within 5 business days.
If the returned item cannot be restocked due to damage or product being opened, your request for a refund will not be processed and a picture of the item you returned will be emailed to you for your records.
